 What is a serviced apartment and why is better than a hotel?
The serviced apartments are a less expensive alternative to the Hotels. Short term apartments can be from one night up to several months. High cost of the hotels and demand for more privacy are just a few reasons that make the serviced apartments rental very attractive. This is a popular option in Eastern Europe is due to the fact that this is a well developed and established industry yet.

 Is Bucharest a safe city?
Relax, you're safe in Bucharest. The fact is that Bucharest is a safe city, 'crime' here means at most pickpocketing. Mugging and robbery is almost zero. Use common sense and you'll be OK!

 Can I pay by credit card?
The payment has to be paid in cash upon check in to the apartment. Our manager or driver will gladly show you the nearest ATM which can dispense up to 400 Euro per day as a standard. Further, most banks will allow you to withdraw any amount you wish using your passport and a credit card via a teller.

 How much do I have to pay to definitively book the apartment?
There is no reservation fee for booking an apartment for UE, USA, Canadia and Israel citizens. However, citizens from other countries will need to pay 10% of the amount in advance to secure their reservation and get a voucher.

 What is the cancellation policy?
Booking an apartment is a mutual commitment. We reserve the apartment’s availability for the entire term of your stay and refuse other clients interested in this apartment (if the dates conflict).

 Is the breakfast included in the price?
There is no breakfast included in the apartment price. We don't offer this tipe of service. But all the apartments have an equipped kitchen and are situated close to food stores and restaurants.

 What is the apartments capacity?
Each apartment can accommodate from 1 to 3 people. Please check each apartment details page.

 Are the linen and towels included in the total price?
At your arrival, you will find towels in the bathroom and sheets in every bed. This service is included in the final price we give you with the booking confirmation.

 How will my reservation be confirmed?
All the reservations are done through the reservation form from the website. You will receive an e-mail confirmation (with the confirmation number, pricing and all details) and after that you just need to reconfirm it in a timely manner by following a link from your email.

 Do you guarantee the exact apartment which I choose?
We guarantee the apartment category (studio, two or three rooms) and the confirmed rate but not the specific apartment.

 Is there a cleaning service during our stay in the apartment?
Yes, the cleaning schedule will be agreed with you at your convenience. The cleaning is done at every 3 days.

 When is the Check-In/Check-Out time?
Check-in is from 1pm (13:00) and check-out is by noon (12:00). 
If you want to early check in or late check out – you should reserve the apartment from the night before for early check in or into the following day for late check outs.

 Who will receive me in the apartment?
At your arrival, somebody from our team will welcome you. We only work with people we really can trust in, to make sure your stay is a pleasure and to avoid to you any worry.

 Are there extra charges for the gas, electricity or water?
There is no extra charge. The price we indicate to you is the total price for your stay.

 What is the requested documentation to make your booking?
When doing your booking by phone, the person you will speak with, will tell you all the documents you will have to send. Usually you'll need at least an official identification document. (passport national identity card for European people).

No, we don't allow pets in our apartments!
